They said they will get back, but 14 days later and still nothing they just read my texts on WA and ignore me.

I can't recommend this company which has been very unprofessional.

Absolutely fabulous. Ali came to service my printer that was leaving nasty marks. There is no way I could have done it myself. He got everything working brilliantly, explained what was wrong and why and didn’t leave until he’d made sure everything was ok.

Time wasting company. Made a purchase for a watch online and wanted a refund. Customer service via whatsapp are being all stupid and useless and telling me that they cant cancel it since its not even processed on their website. Such a big company and you cant get your website working? Are you guys a joke or what. Bunch of clowns working there i guess? Stay far away from this business.

Don’t bother. They cancelled an order without telling me after taking my money for over a week. I then lose $370USD because they decide to cancel the order and PayPal still takes the fee. Not worth the time or money for lack of service. I’ve been ignored since.

I bought a watch for my wife from Diamond Source NYC Inc. She really loves the timepice she received. All communication was smooth and professional. The watch came carefully packed on next day. We took the watch to our local watchmaker and he confirmed it’s authentic. Everything was just like described. I’m so happy she got a new watch now! Will definitely order a watch for me from these guys!
