I started using Medexpress as they had an offer on buying the first mounjaro pen. Service has been good, however they do not tell you when they are dispatching your meds, which has proved frustrating as working i need to know when my parcel is coming as it is on ice and needs to go straight in the fridge. The first pen was sent out, Royal Mail kept the parcel for a few days, the ice packs melted and i only had a short period of time to use the pen. The first time i purchased a pen i received an email telling me my order had been approved, but when i ordered my 2nd and 3rd pens i did not receive any acknowledgement and missed the Royal Mail delivery. It would be really helpful if Medexpress can acknowledge orders, inform customers when their orders have been apprroved and when they are with Royal Mail so we know when to expect our order. Helpful emails are sent out with info on weight loss and side efffects of mounjaro, which are helpful as there are alot of unpleasant side effects.

It certainly does stop you craving food but I think you have to be sensible and eat three healthy meals, not skip meals.
You need to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and be training yourself for the healthy meals you will continue to have when you stop taking the injections.

I placed an order with Medexpress as I had a discount code which made the product significantly cheaper. I submitted all my details and provided the evidence required. My money was taken immediately. A full week later I am still without my order. I ha e cancelled and am returning to my usual supplier who had a good track record of supplying goods in a timely manner. Would not recommend and will not use again.
