Oliver at RSA went above and beyond what would be expected or a car garage, I will not go into the details, but Oliver did more than would be expected of someone enabling us to get out the car and transition into a more affordable vehicle. On the day of collection, he took the time to show me around the vehicle, and when I noticed some loose stitching on the passenger seat, he was incredibly apologetic and immediately offered to have it repaired at no cost to me. True to his word, the issue was promptly taken care of, and I was thoroughly impressed with his commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire team at the dealership was amazing, and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in search of a top-notch car-buying experience.
