"Our firm was referred to this company…"

Our firm was referred to this company in August, as a partner for Microsoft Office. We provided an outline of what we needed, which was the set up a new system. Hardware specs, and software specs were needed. We agreed to a start up by the hour charge to establish a system. Part A was review of needs, which was already provided. We already had the subscriptions to Office, so i wanted to have them make sure software was set up properly (previous partner, was not available and decided he didn't have the time to assist). As our antivirus subscription was up we needed to have it replaced, but still did not have hardware specs. Vaporvm was informed of the expirey almost two weeks prior. On a Friday afternoon I was referred to a company to go to. No direction on what to review, not contact name, no pricing, nothing, and an agent could not get back to me until the following week. My antivirus would be expired. At that time, we were told that they did not specify hardware. After almost 4 months of next to nothing consulting, they disclose that they could not assist. This was the second partner to take on our firm to tell later wasn't able to help. I wasted a year between the two partners and still nothing. Still willing to help but they did not do what we needed. I cannot believe that companies could be so neglectful, and the damage created in this instance. To discuss this with Microsoft is impossible. I bought subscriptions yet there is no solid backup to be offered to assist in our set up. As a customer it is appalling that a supplier would be so ignorant and so incapable of honoring their word.
