Saw an ad for this company (around Christmas time) on facebook and decided to try it anyway! 😂
And I’m glad I did!
While it certainly did appear that I would receive the items in time for xmas (I can’t remember the stated time frame for delivery when I ordered, but I do remember thinking I would get it beforehand), I got it a couple of weeks afterwards, which was kind of a nice “ooo! more presents!” kinda thing. My daughter really wanted the night sky/ stars duvet set, so I picked up a couple more bits and bobs.
Not overly expensive and the quality of everything is pretty good.
I know it’s difficult to keep up with our “I want it now” Amazon deliveries, but it would’ve been nice to have a clearer time frame on delivery, to plan for birthdays/holidays and such.

Shopping took quite a long time, so my advice is to order it in advance.

Bestelling geplaatst op 25 februari en op 7 maart nog niets ontvangen. Volgens track & trace komt bestelling aan over 10 dagen. Dit is bijna 1 maand na bestelling voor een levering vanuit Nederland?
Dit is een site die via dropshipping verkoopt maar dit niet helder communiceert. De artikelen vind je elders veel goedkoper ook.

Splendid items and a terrific customer care led by Kerrie who should’ve charged me for resending the package I had missed at the post office (due to a big foot injury) and didn’t. Once I got my hands on the lovely dishes I had bought (will probably hang them for how nice they are) , I offered to pay for the extra shipping, but she refused. Let me know if you can find another customer care of an independent shop (YEP), behaving so nicely, in Europe. It’s giving “savoire faire”, baby 👏🏻

I have discovered The Linea Home this year and fell in love with their kimonos and pajamas. Unfortunately there was a problem with the sizing of the bottom parts of the pajamas (too small whereas the top parts fit well/loos). Only for this reason I give 4 starts, even though Kerry mentioned they have found a solution to the sizing problem for the future! I am looking forward to it then!
Regarding the textiles, they are very nice. Everything I have purchased is 100% cotton, and I love it. Also the customer care is really good, Kerry was very nice all the time. Thanks again Kerry!

"Lovely and friendly Communication!"
The products of the store are totally cute, so I ordered from lineahome. Unfortunately, my package was lost. I then contacted the store and must say I have never had such great, lovely and friendly communication. It was immediately taken care of my problem and all levers in motion to send me a new product. Today I finally received the shoes, with a little longer wait than planned, but it was worth it ! Would order here again anytime. Thanks for everything !
