Monex is a good company with whom I have previously done business. I'm very pleased with their customer service and products. Lee Z. was friendly and very helpful with my transaction. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5, is the necessity for me to transact business by check through USPS, and the length of time it takes to receive an order. My bank won't send a wire transfer without my being there to initiate it in person. My work schedule precludes me from getting to the bank with any regularity, so a check is the only method of payment Monex offered me at the time. (A credit card payment option wasn't offered at the time of purchase, but today, 2/10/25, I was told that a credit card could have been accepted). So, the order I placed on 1/29/25 is slated to arrive on 2/17/25, more than three weeks after ordering, (there is an additional holding period for checks). I love doing business with Monex, but other competitors may be more convenient and much faster for those who prefer electronic transactions without visiting the bank.
