"The Company has gone bust"

The Company has gone bust, I heard of this, 2 and a half months after I placed the order. Sadly there was inaccurate communication and uncertainty with progress and delivery throughout.

"Company no longer."

Took our money, updated us in our ‘order’, waited 6 weeks to then get an email the company has closed. Wheres my refund? No where, I’m having to go through my credit card company!

"CEASED TRADING"

Not sure why this is still bening sent out to review Crafty Creations as they have ceased trading.
Now it's the fight to get our money back!

"Absolutely Disgraceful – Do Not Trust This Company"

I ordered a custom dining table from Crafty Creations MCR in August, expecting a high-quality piece of furniture. Instead, I was met with months of delays, poor craftsmanship, and a complete lack of integrity from this company—only to now be told they have gone bankrupt without any real attempt to rectify their mistakes.

The Problems Started Immediately:
October Delivery: The Wrong Base Arrived – The table I received was NOT what I ordered. Instead of addressing this proactively, I had to chase them down for weeks to get an update.
Replacement Base Arrived… Also Wrong – After even more waiting, a second base was delivered, which was still incorrect.

Severely Warped Table – Upon closer inspection, the entire table was completely warped and unusable. Even their own delivery person was ashamed of what they were delivering and agreed it should be replaced.
Ignored My Complaints – Instead of owning up to their mistakes, Crafty Creations MCR dodged my messages, forcing me to follow up repeatedly. They asked for photos, then asked me to re-explain the issue—as if I hadn't already outlined everything clearly.

Broken Promises & More Delays:
I was promised a delivery by the end of January. Instead, on February 5th, I was told they were STILL ‘looking at the design.’ How is that possible when they had already confirmed a delivery date?
This entire experience was a string of red flags, but as a small business owner myself, I gave them the benefit of the doubt—which I now deeply regret.

The Final Insult – They Took My Money & Shut Down

After MONTHS of patience and countless follow-ups, I reached out again only to be told they had gone bankrupt. This was the first and only time they acknowledged it—no prior warning, no attempt to make things right, nothing.

No refund process, no formal receipt, no accountability.
The money we spent was from my husband’s inheritance, meant to honour his late grandparents and the many cherished meals we had around their dining table. Instead, it has been tainted by a company that showed zero integrity, zero transparency, and zero respect for its customers.
Dishonest, Disrespectful, and Unethical
Crafty Creations MCR has failed every single customer who put their trust in them. Their silence, lack of professionalism, and utter disregard for ethical business practices have cost us not just financially, but emotionally as well. If they had even the smallest amount of decency, they would be doing everything possible to rectify their mistakes rather than hiding behind their "bankruptcy"

Do NOT order from this company. They have proven they cannot be trusted.

Ordered a £1200 table 3 months ago , delivery was meant to be January as apparently they had many orders / just had a baby / wood out of stock. Anyhow I’m sorry I didn’t look into their accounts as it appears this company has been in trouble for over a year now , no idea why Etsy are allowing them to trade. Last correspondence from them just a week ago my table was on its way , now today I receive an email saying they have stopped trading. Don’t know how they can sleep at night lying to customers for months n months and stealing their money !!!
And as you would predict , reached out and no response from him or his wife (owners of the business )

HI. I had exactly the same experience they took my money and took ages to deliver the table. The table itself is appalling quality and was scratched which they deny. I have waited for 2 months for them to collect and refund and today I see the company is dissolved. Deb if you want to get in contact you can have our table. We live in Bristol.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered a table at the beginning of December, and after lots of chasing and being ignored, on Friday they told us it was in production and we'd get it in March. Today we've been told they've gone into insolvency. Funny how happy they were to lie to us and keep our money.
I bet they still go on holiday this year......

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY KEPT US WAITING FOR MONTHS. Table looked great when delivered, after a few days big cracks started to appear. they tried to say the glu was a faulty batch and had multiple issues over Christmas with different clients. We asked for a new table as opposed to a repair, but they insisted it was rectified. When it got delivered it still looked cracked underneath, but driver assured me it was normal. Table cracked again after day 2. Now have stopped responding to calls and DMs and it’s been over 3 days since I reached out again. They will keep blocking these messages so new clients can’t see the posts but honestly, do not trust what they tell you. They don’t pick up the phone ever (try for yourself before you buy). I wouldn’t be surprised if they aren’t around in a few months, given the faulty product. It’s now almost 6 months and we still don’t have a dining room table we can use!

"Not good quality"

Had high hopes for ordering a bespoke table but unfortunately it was a disappointment in the end. First, it took twice as long to deliver than advertised and barely any communication. Then it had several quality issues which is not okay for a custom table for £1000+. Cracks on the top, cracks on the underside - I did point this out specifically when it arrived and the owner just played it down that the underside is not visible... The base part is a round ribbed pillar and it looks cheaply made with space between the ribs and different colour to the top as its made of cheaper wood. It is also massive, too wide compared to the top making it difficult to sit around as your knee pushes onto it. Overall regret buying it.
