They are very human and don’t do the “corporate” thing.
This means that quoting, planning & fitting are done at speed, without bureaucracy and always with a named individual working on it.
Basically they are a family firm with both the experience and size to get things right in a pleasant, pain free way from the customers point of view.
They are also very available should any issues arise after installation or during the 10 year guarantee provided. That is rare in my experience.

I was very pleased with the service Albion Windows carried out , apart from being treated as a respected customer the Double Glazing installation went extremely well and was wholly satisfied with my new Windows , even more so when my Neighbours paid compliments as well . What I did like as well was there was no way they try to rip you off as other Contractors blatantly do , an all round pleasant and stress free experience carried out by a thoroughly professional company . I'd like to add that this is the first time I've used them and I'm not a friend or Family member so this isn't a fake review , I'd recommend them to one and all .
