I received a bike that was damaged in shipment. I had given this merchant a 1 star on previous rating. I have upgraded my opinion to neutral from negative. The merchant agreed to a credit of approximately 50% if the cost to repair the damage. The only reason they gave me this credit was I had posted the first negative review. They agreed to this credit if I agreed to write a new review or correct the early review. I do not know how to modify first review. I have neutral feelings about this merchant

I purchased a used bicycle. The information about the bike on the site was incorrect. It had the wrong year (it was 2014, not 2015). I was also unable to get to the specifications after purchase. Otherwise, Luis was helpful, prompt. The bike was delivered when they said it would be. The bike is great.

I tend to worry at times about UPS…. but the box was firm, and packed well, with foam where needed. Minimal assembly required. Bike was exactly as described. Well worth the cost, even with shipping.
