The computer was purchased for my grandson,
It arrived a day early which was good, He says it is
excellent.good quality, had no problem installing software on it.
the graphics are good, he is getting good results from games
as is old pc would not play them.he is getting frame rates on games that
he was expecting, overall it's a good gaming machine.
His youngest brother will probably be getting one
near the end of the year as he is due an upgrade.
would definately recommend stormforce to any one who is
thinking of upgrading their computers.

Bought as a Xmas present. Worked for 10 minutes then broke. Service centre were helpful but pc had to be returned. Wouldn't exchange pc tower only as part of a package so had to opt for repair. Hard drive and RAM had to be replaced. Postage is good maybe because done by DPD. Customer service was terrible. Not a single apology and communication was terrible. I'm sure had the pc been OK and my only contact been with the service desk I would have rated much higher. Very disappointed not only because this was a xmas present but because I chose stormforce on the back of their star rating online.

We ordered a PC ,Monitor and a bundlefor my grandaughters 14th birthday. They all arrived in one large box but the cable supplied with the monitor wasn't compatible with the PC. We contacted Storm Force by phone and were offered a suitable cable as a gesture of goodwill, this we accepted but wanted to speak to someone in management to complain that what had been sent hadn't been checked before being sent. This is when it really went wrong, a booking has to be made before any interaction can take place with the management and this can take up to 24 hours. In our case it took less and we received an email pointing out that we ordered three separate items and as such it was more or less our fault that some parts of it didn't match, To stop this happening again they are going to update their terms and conditions to make sure that it definitely isn't their fault. Totally yhe wrong approach but it does fit in with their approach to customer service.The front line staff do a great job but the management seem to have a fuhrer bunker mentality, caveat emptor us not a great marketing strategy
