I decided to purchase the small bottle first to see how I got on, suffice to say my repeat order will definitely be the larger version, it has helped me so much for my knees and feet when I sleep and not getting anywhere near the joint pains and cramps I’ve been experiencing for so long now. Would recommend to anyone with joint pain issues and it’s sink’s straight in and does not leave any oily residue either
