"Don't expect a refund"

I bought a polish on 29/11/24, dispatched 2/12/24, but it didn't arrive. I contacted Customer Services on 7/12 and they said to contact them again on the 9/12 if it still hadn't arrived and they'd look into it. I contacted them on the 9th, 15th and 28th, asking for a replacement or refund, but received no reply let alone any hope of a refund. I gave 2 stars as they did reply once, but I think that's quite generous as I've been left out of pocket.

I really wanted to try nail art and matte polish but was missing some key items. I knew I'd been bought a matte polish and some nail plates for Christmas and was excited to try them. Only ordered a few days before Christmas yet they arrived before and I got to behave like a small child playing with my Christmas toys.
Fantastic service. Would (and have on reddit) recommend both the company and the products. I've never been impressed enough to leave a TrustPilot review before which on it's own speaks volumes they deserve.

Mi experiencia con ellos ha sido buena las dos veces que he comprado. Tienen buena selección de productos y marcas que no hay en España.
Sin embargo, han cambiado su política de envío desde UK y ahora ya no están pagadas las aduanas y te lo pueden parar con el estrés que conlleva y el precio extra por lo que no compraré más

I find nail polish direct has a great selection of nail products and competitively priced. I recently bought artistic nail varnishes which I love. Delivery was super quick!

I was looking for a particular set of false nails -no one seemed to have them when I was pleasantly surprised that Nailpolish direct said they had them. I placed my order, and a few extra items even though they were more expensive than some other places since I was so pleased to have found the nails. I was instantly charged, paid a lot for postage, didn't get anything for more than a week, and when my order arrived there were NO NAILS in the package!!! But I had paid some £24 pounds for the nails.I contacted Tesco Marketplace and NailPolishdirect with at least 10 emails and it has now been close to a month - no refund, circular emails, no help - no nails and I am out the money. Don't use this company - my experience was about the worst I have ever had for an online shop.
