"Buyers beware!"

I am totally appalled with this company. I’ve been shopping with them for sometime and I am a VIP member. I contacted them because they had a price on their leggings but when I put it in my bag, the price increased finally after several emails back and forwards, their customer support confirmed that that price was only for new Customers.

However, when I looked on my laptop, they had one price which was the price I wanted to buy but Using my mobile and their mobile app, the price is different!!! I have screen shots to prove this which I have also sent them.

NOT HAPPY!!! Have cancelled my account and trying to use the credits I have but this automatically signs you up again for VIP…. Seems like a vicious circle! When buying anything with your credit you don’t even get the full amount which they have taken!

Order with caution. I am generally careful when making an online order. But I guess not enough this time. I ordered scrubs as gift and found I was being billed a large monthly fee.

Its very shady to make us sign up to the new VIP membership terms before allowing us to use our existing credits. Now the credits will expire after 12 months. Not a very customer friendly change.

I initially tried to find clothes using the app but found it really difficult and limiting. When I moved to the webpage, I found a lot more items to choose from and had the opportunity to look at accessories too. I’m not sure why I couldn’t see these on the app. I have bought clothing from Fabletics before and found them to be good quality. It’s just a shame that they do sell out of certain sizes really quickly so your VIP member credits can be hard to use unless you buy a lot of sportswear.

Fabletics know exactly what they are going. Spam on social media with cheap deals that have a sting in tail. You become a VIP member in small print that costs £54 a month. They clearly hope that they will be able to keep taking it for as long as they can get away with it and then refuse a refund. I would like to meet the happy customer that can afford their trick VIP snare trap and enjoys their privilege. They should be embarrassed but they will be making a lot of money I should imagine. What goes around comes around.
