"I'd heard of fabletics a lot so when I…..."
I'd heard of fabletics a lot so when I needed some more gym clothes in July I went straight to them.
I clicked on an offer they had for a reduced price when you bought two leggings, or two sports bras, but it would not apply to both in the shopping cart so I ended up just getting two leggings and one bra.
Delivery took much longer than I expected and when they arrived, one pair of leggings was much smaller than the other despite being the same size bought.
I didn't think much more about any of it until today I get a notification saying they'd taken £54.99 out of my account!
I rang them and they said as I'd made the order it meant I was signed up for the VIP membership and that's why the payment came out, but it meant I could buy £80 worth of stuff for it.
To their credit they did refund me the money and cancel the extortionately priced membership straight away when I asked them to, but it's pretty disgusting in this day and age to have an automatic sign up to such a costly plan that can happen without your knowledge. If I didn't get notifications from PayPal who knows how long it would have been before I saw they were doing it! Will never be using them again that's for sure!

"£55 a month subscription!!!…..."
My wife bought two pairs of leggings which she was really happy with but did not know the £55 a month subscription that followed. Customer services suck!
DO NOT buy anything from these scammers.
Why would anyone subscribe £55 a month for leggings.

"SCAMMER..."
Got a jumper that was damaged, had no help with that. But fast forward 2 weeks and I have £55 taken out of my bank without my knowledge of this membership. The banking fraud team isn't happy about this, hopefully something is done. Just another type of scammer. AVOID.

"My order was never delivered & never refunded..."
My order was never delivered, then it was sent back to the warehouse. I never received an email confirmation of my refund. So I raised a dispute with my bank when I suspected they were being untruthful. They scammed me into cancelling the dispute I had made with my bank and told me they would refund me. I cancelled the dispute and I still was not refunded. They are scammers!! They later told me that they did refund me on the 10th of June and that I should take it up with my bank. All of us human beings know that the bank cannot stop a refund from going into your account. The bank is there to secure peoples money, not take it. But the company fabletics continues to lie and say the money is with my bank already and they no longer have the money in there proximity. Which is the most absurd things to say. I have been appalled with their customer service and have now have to take it up legally. Please people should definitely not shop with them it’s all a scam for things you can get at better stores! Use your money elsewhere people and shop where they value you as customers! Fabletics do not treat their customers as such and are very inconsiderate towards customers, you can see in the other reviews other would agree with me. The fact that they have scammed me and repeatedly lied about the refund shocks me. I would never shop here again and I hope the legal route expose them further!

"Not much choice if you're average size..."
I was unable to purchase the items I wanted as there was very little availability in my size (I am average height and build but most items I wanted were only available in very small or very large sizes). This meant that I was actually not able to make any real savings on items I wanted so using the VIP credit is not worth it in my opinion.

"I love the clothing at Fabletics..."
I love the clothing at Fabletics - it's invariably been a good fit and comfortable. However, the payments are a bit clunky sometimes - even if I'm using member credits, it wants a billing address, and I have to re-enter my card details to get it to register the billing address as being the same as my home address. Plus this month I didn't get a reminder email, so have been charged for another member credit that I didn't want.

"Total con..."
They automatically enroll you in a £59.99 per month subscription after luring you in with the 2 for £30 offer on £70+ activewear and this isn’t at all clear when making your first purchase. What’s even worse is that as a VIP member the prices are so much higher than as a new customer advertised on their site. Terrible experience. Avoid.

"They have very good products..."
They have very good products. Legit company. Got shorts and t-shirts for the gym. Very good quality in an even better price!! There is a subscription but everything is very clear, you can cancel before you get charged. Completely transparent. Had to contact customer service, they were amazing there as well. Thank you, this is what we want to see as consumers.
