Tried to skip the month after signing up again to take advantage of an offer, unfortunately it didn’t register so I was charged 59.99. Called to have it refunded and was met with pressure sales tactics then made to feel stupid, I was asked ‘I can see in the last you’ve managed to skip 6 times, why weren’t you able to on this occasion?’ Then I was told that I couldn’t have a refund, only site credit. I had to get forceful and ask 3 times before stating I knew they legally had to refund me if I asked them to, he kept telling me they couldn’t. It’s such a shame, I love the leggings but running a business on the hope people will forget to skip and then pricing clothes way above what they should be to use these credits sucks. Do better.

"Total scam"
Total scam. Unknowingly put me on a subscription and took £54.99 out of my account each month. It took me 2 months to notice. I emailed them and asked for a refund and to cancel subscription. They did cancel subscription and did respond quickly, but refused a refund via email and said I had to call their customer service. Which is bizarre as they already have my payment details. I called the line they gave and the woman on the phone told me there was only 1 time courtesy refund for 1 of the payments and the other payment can be used as credit for a purchase. Initially she said that she can only process one refund on her system. When I refused to back down and insisted on the refund considering they fraudulently set me up on a subscription… she soon processed the full refund!! I now have to wait 3-5 business for the payment to arrive which I’m assuming it will. But be aware when calling that they will try to get out of paying back the money they wrongly took.

The site is the worst to navigate. When you come to pay for your order with details that have already been saved, it won’t allow you to and then trying to put your card details in is a nightmare. Maybe it’s me, the browser or the site itself, but it shouldn’t be this much hassle.

I just got charged £165 without my consent for the “vip” club and apparently it’s a *bonus* to new members
It is ridiculous and I do not have that kind of money to just throw away on some awful clothes sight
I did not receive any emails to sign up to this “vip club” I wasn’t aware it was even a thing

Didn't deliver the whole order and then cut me off on support everytime I asked for them to fix it.

SCAM. Don’t sign up for anything. They don't inform you about the monthly payment they will withdraw from your account. And then suddenly you can't log into your account to cancel the membership. I regret shopping from this site so much.

Worst website with the worst marketing scam. What is this member thing? The leggings are not bad but making price be 80£ or you pay every month some ridiculous 59£ EVERY MONTH? You got to be kidding me. Whoever is behind this really should think of their life decisions.
