I was lucky to have Retirement Line to process my annuity.
From the day one Jesie Thomas was in touch with me and explained the procedures of my annuity by going through the questionnaire over the phone and promptly sent me the application form which I duly filled. On receipt of my application she let her team members Giulio and Terry to proceed further.
They then took incharge contacting Legal & General updating me about the progress. I was very happy and impressed to see the copy of my annuity statement in just four weeks.

Every story has a beginning, a middle and an ending so I’ve provided the end of my experience with Retirement Line, which has had a good conclusion. While the initial consultation process with George Gilbert was exceptionally good, the administration process had a bit of a wobble, however, following a comprehensive review of the entire process by Retirement Line the end of the process has reached a very professional and satisfactory conclusion. It seems everyone can have an “off day” so I have finally concluded my annuity journey and taking everything into account I have had a much better final experience than the admin difficulties encountered which triggered a very poor review some days ago.
Unfortunately the problem which occurred was challenging, however, the professional manner in which Retirement Line turned the circumstances around has fully restored my faith in the company.
So I felt it was very important to review what has been a happy ending and give credit to the company for the very professional help in drawing things to a satisfactory close.
