The item I ordered has taken nearly 2 weeks to arrive, the first message I sent regarding the time this was taking there was no reply! I did receive a reply to the second to say item was dispatched. I was concerned as this is an expensive item and I had no idea when it would arrive! The product itself was fine, but the wait was excessive, I will be purchasing elsewhere in the future.
