Paid 10% deposit to pre-order 2 tiles. Then charged full price for the tiles when in stock. When the tiles arrived (white hexagons with brass edge detail) the brass had come off. I have contacted them 3 times and each time I’m told the manager has said to glue them back on! If I did and they came off again during grouting for example, I’d have to remove the tiles from the wall. Manager still failed to ring me.
