"Just dissapeared"
I requested a RISC 2 survey from this company. We scheduled the survey for July 2nd, and after that, they just disappeared.
I tried to contact them several times, but there was only one response saying that they're working on it. Now it's two weeks after the survey date, and I have not received any further responses.

Survey took place on 25th June. It is now day 16.
The portal not being updated to show status. I am now being ignored. I was told on Friday 5th July that i would receive the survey and report within 2-3 working days. I am still waiting. Chased twice via email and phone call and now not receiving a response from Farah in the client care team. Totally unacceptable when paying for a service. We are talking of completion dates and I dont have the survey to refer to. I keep asking for it to be escalated or can i have the complaints procedure and i am not being provided with this.

Was chased and contacted constantly when getting a quote. So booked and paid waited nearly 3 weeks for the survey to be done and now over a week since having the survey done no report back contract stated 5 days. All they keep saying is it’s gone for an internal audit and they don’t know when it will be back. Rubbish even if it was being audited they would have a timescale I work in a business that has audits and it’s generally 2-3 days. This is delaying our exchange

"Don't recommend"
Absolutely wrong review. I booked a Level 3 survey from C&C Surveying. Level 3 is the highest level of survey where the faults should be reported. Even before the survey, I told them about a specific room to focus. They just did a casual survey and on the report mentioned the house is in good condition. Now after purchase my builder showed the entire ground floor is damped, with water condensed under the carpet. I had to rip off the entire floor, replace all joist as they were damped and broken. They just did visual inspection which anyone can do.

"Not respecting the deadlines"
Not respecting the deadlines: when selling the service they promise a 5 working day turnaround, which is not true!
They have a nice portal to track the progress, but which they only update upon several calls.
They did book the survey without even confirming the day/time.
2 weeks after the survey and I am still waiting for the report, I called them a couple of times and all they can say is that they are waiting to hear back from the senior surveyor.
Because of their delay we had to postpone our exchange to a date still to be defined

"I am very disappointed with the service…scam!?"
I am very disappointed with the service I received. I paid for a service with the understanding that the delivery time was five working days, as specified in the contract. Unfortunately, the company failed to meet this deadline.
Their response to my concerns about the delay was that my report was undergoing an auditing process to ensure quality. This quality should be guaranteed within the agreed timeframe, not used as an excuse for late delivery. The delay has disrupted my entire process, and their inability to meet contractual obligations is unacceptable.
Additionally, the customer service is unresponsive to my questions, and it is impossible to speak with a manager. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I had a home buyers level 2 survey with C&C and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. They quoted the best fee out of three surveyors I contacted but in the quality of the report I got the lower fee certainly wasn't reflected - it is professional, detailed and comprehensive. The surveyor even went beyond what I understand is normally included in a level 2 report. I didn't have many follow up questions but what I had, I got a response to within hours, if not minutes. Highly recommended service

Fantastic surveyors!!! The report was extremely detailed and pointed out concerns we would not have spotted. Also a big thank you to Tina in reports for advising me on next steps, offering guidance and being a really great support. As a first time buyer they are fabulous!
