From start to finish the service provided was outstanding. Emma dealt with my enquiry with charm and efficiency. I was given an estimated pickup in Cardiff, Wales of between 08.00-9.00. The driver arrived on the dot of 08.00, loaded the consignment. Emma gave me an eta of between 11.00-midday. The driver called me in London at 10.55 to say that he was five minutes away. What more could you ask.

Called Emma and following that one phone call and a quick e Mail all was sorted, with parcel delivered 400 miles away in less that 24 hours from the initial call.
