I have just arranged to rent a flat through these guys and feel so relaxed to know its these guys I'll be dealing with for the next 6 months at least as my experience so far has been nothing but positive. Was looked after by a lovely, helpful and enthusiastic young lad called Awais. Best thing actually is that he did make a mistake but he was honest about it and found the resolution immediately. Thanks for making it all so easy.

This company does not do what they say I let out 2 properties to them they never carried out checks and let the properties as cannabis farms never heard anything from them, in fact, Waheed and Ali are both now ignoring calls

I have been a landlord for too many years to count. During that period I have used a number of lettings agents but Citywide are hands down one of the most professional organisations. They really are knowledgeable and genuinely know how to handle their business with competence. Whenever there has been any issue, they always reassured me and took care of it and gave me peace of mind, which is essentially what you want from a management company. I only wish I had more property for them to manage as they make it easy. Thank you for all your hard work!
