"Terrible website, terrible customer service!"

Used this website for a short while and it had repeat winners, i got a new phone then I forgot my login and went to sign up, tried 3 times with different emails now and each time it blocks my account as I click join.
Customer service are horrendous and didn’t even look into it and permanently closed my account as a final decision with no change in the future.

Oh my gosh! Came off another big site as fed up of same people (or bots) winning and lo and behold this one is worse! One name won 6 out of 12 games, come on people we are not stupid.

Also twice I bought tickets and my balance went down but didn’t register the tickets for play so basically stole my money. It was only pennies but if they do this to everyone what a good money making scheme! Watch your balances people in case it happens to you.

Same old rubbish, had a break come back 150 down again on 1quid spins and 50p spins, no feature rounds on slots, same dead spin after another. Fews years ago used to be a brilliant site, fair and a chance on getting some hood wins and time with your deposits, seems like them days are long gone. Best site now by far is paddy power, good wins, good promos and loyalty for slot players unlike sun bingo that only has loyalty points for bingo players

Awful website. I deposited £10 and received 50 free spins which i used and 'won' £4.27 however, you have to wager this win 30 times within 48hrs so complete waste of time. I didn't receive the £50 bingo bonus despite spending my first £10 deposit (plus the bogus slots win) on bingo....don't fall for it even when it comes up on 'best bingo sites' searches!

Hi ones of joeys groupies here, desperate housewife or whatever you’d like to call me. For the person who keeps attacking specific players and hosts, please get some facts straight.
Most players who got tickets for bp got them either last minute, or played nearly every bp game without fail. Players even shared with others who they hadn’t ever met to ensure everyone who wanted to go, had a ticket!
No one was handpicked to go! It was hard this year due to lots winning who wanted the cash option instead of tickets.
I for one have never seen any host say they speak to players off site, so not sure where this is coming from. I’m sure hosts would prefer to pay their bills instead of risking all for chat 🙈😂 maybe you should go to bp and see for yourself instead of being a keyboard warrior yet again.

I’m not one for reviewing but Sun Bingo has shocked me. If I had of looked up the reviews on here first then I’d never of signed up, but I’m glad I didn’t see these reviews. There is an awful lot of bad reviews, which I get, I’m no rookie when it comes to gambling and having big losses but on this occasion I’ve signed up, deposited £300 over 3 transactions and an hour later setting up a withdrawal for £4500 from the slots side. I did play some bingo with a couple of wins but these were only small wins, would take a good few years to see a return. Having played some slots and not seeing the usual “dead spins” I decided it was time and headed for the withdrawal page thinking I was in for a barrage of document requests. I applied for the withdrawal and got an email saying it was pending. 20 minutes after that another email to say it was processed, and 20 minutes after that I had the funds in my bank account. I am used to this process taking days and days and the simplicity and speed of this has left me shell shocked.
I haven’t had any dealings with any staff, so I can’t comment on that but overall what a great experience. Good luck guys!
