Ticketebo are great! Easy to work with, good communication and excellent customer service. I would love to be able to make small changes to my ticketing page myself but is a small issue as the team can normally action changes pretty fast. Oliver, Morgan, Chloe and the whole team are just the tops!

All the support was awesome but having to pay freight from Melbourne to Adelaide and return is totally wrong why can't you just leave one here

very professional website and the people were great to deal with. Very easy to get it set up.

The biggest problem I had was the report that was generated didn't list the anglers individually and instead listed those that paid individually. This made it difficult to run the competition briefing and weigh in etc. I had to continually chase an angler list on the last day, but as ticket sales ended after ticketebo closed I couldn't get a final list of anglers before the fishing started on Saturday or before the weigh in started on Sunday. Although the data should have been in an easy to use format I spent a lot of time retyping names to get it in a list of final anglers. Definitely room for improvementt next year.

On the whole no issues, except the scanners did not arrive when originally informed. Tictetebo help in this situation was excellent to track down where the package was and able to have it delivered to the local post office. No reports from customers who accessed the program. We are happy with information given during and post event.
