"After Sales Customer Service"

Customer service was not responsive at first. I expect a chat service to be online all the time. But once they did reply, they were very polite and helpful. I guess asap doesnt mean immediately at all. All good.

"Not cheap but worth it"

Not as expensive as competitor but a tad pricey still. Nice features, only sometimes lagging. Probably my wifi or something.

"Plug-and-play"

It worked fine during the first time. After a month the sound got distorted. I asked customer service to help. They were very fast. They recommended this app to upgrade it. As it turns out the app also had other options. You can change the view, remove the long strip at the bottom, even turn off the annoying shift from person to person. Months later the update seems to work perfectly!

Improve for taller meeting participants
First I want to say, this is a great idea, and it has been a worthwhile purchase. But even for local video recording (not using any video conferencing platform), the picture quality is quite basic. The only complaint I have is that it would be nice if it was smart enough to look a little higher for tall people. The other thing I don't like is the short cord. I will be purchasing a longer cord for this

"Pros"

So far, only had three meetings with it but here are the pros:
Easy setup, had it working in minutes, worked with three different computers tested so far; audio quality is an 9 out of 10; the video quality is a 9 out of 10 in good light but lower in other situations

"Larger Population"

Will not help when you have about 20+ team members on site and the majority being remote dialing in. But with about 12 or 15, it works well.

"It worked for a few months"

We’ve had the Pana for 3 months and then the speaker quit. Contacted support. They were very helpful. With the firmware upgrade, everything was fixed.

"Love the way it focuses on us"

I was doubtful about the AI tech. Now we realize how much we needed it for our board meetings. We never do online meetings now without it

I did not want a meeting device with wifi and bluetooth obviously for security reasons. I found the Coolpro AI huddle paana on Google. After a demo from them, we decided on the spot to buy the device. It has all the features we wanted and more. Amazing product!

"Coolpo’s Sooo Great"

It’s been the best webcam ever! Sometimes it gets confused when looking for us in the meeting, sometimes it gets the TV! But overall, it’s been the best so far. We use different products to try in our hybrid meetings, and this trumps everything we tried so far!!!
