10/10 to Dr Ismail and team. Professional, friendly, and personalised dental service was given during my visit to Shmile Dental Clinic last Saturday.

Dr Ismail paid attentive and thorough care during my dental check up. He later on explained the details of my check up very clearly to me and provided signposts which in turn allow me to be more meticulous in taking care of some parts of my teeth to avoid cavities.

The dental cleaning service was seamless and first-class and I was truly impressed with Dr Ismail's high level of precision and his gentle approach.

Dr Ismail and his colleagues including Erol have exuded top-class professionalism and unrivalled personalised service. Their passion and commitment to providing a high-quality customer-oriented service was testified by not only me but also by the smiling faces of all the other customers, who like me, are willing to commute to the clinic notwithstanding travel disruptions last Saturday.

Not forget to mention, the environment in the clinic is very ambient, relaxing and calm, accompanied by the cutting-edge and modern equipment, providing me with the most comfortable and accommodating dental care.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Shmile Dental Clinic in Bromley, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. As someone with sensitive teeth, I was quite apprehensive about my dental appointment. However, Dr. Ismail's gentle approach made the entire experience pain-free and incredibly comfortable.

What truly stood out was their commitment to accommodating my last-minute appointment request. They went above and beyond to ensure I was seen promptly. During my visit, I underwent a comprehensive check-up, and Dr. Ismail took the time to explain everything clearly, alleviating any concerns I had.

Not only did I receive a thorough oral health checkup, but I also required two composite fillings, which were carried out with great care. Additionally, the hygiene teeth cleaning treatment was performed, and I must admit I was quite nervous, given the long break since my last dentist visit. Impressed by the level of service, I decided to opt for teeth whitening treatment. The digital scans of my teeth were comfortable and this tech was much better than my previous clinic' teeth impression material they used. I was also able to see my teeth in 3D on the screen which was used to show me my gum and teeth health in great detail.
