Hello! Very pleasant experience with you. Delivery in very good conditions.

Overall almost very happy. However, I ordered some short sections of 25mm box section ali’ and some plastic connectors.

The ali came well packed and arrived next day but no connectors.

I called in and was told that they had been sent but via a separate carrier to reduce risk of damage. They did arrive later that day via Royal Mail. Why not use the same carrier then both parts would have arrived together?


This is poor communication/customer service and a general heads up the website or a specific notification on my order acknowledgement would have resulted in five stars. I wasted time chasing my order and had to reschedule my day as I did not receive the whole order at once at the scheduled delivery time.

This definitely needs improving but I would order again and be happy to recommend.
