I ordered two swimsuits. They arrived promptly and I was delighted with them.

I would say I ordered a dress previously, not knowing sizing as it was a first order. It was too big, and I wasn’t happy at having to pay for returns. I think this would put people off ordering.
Boden has a great system that encourages people to buy from them without hidden costs.

Maybe you should consider this.

I was disappointed and have returned it.

Sizing is very inconsistent, which is very annoying given the very high prices.
Means you have to order multiple sizes and then return one at your own expense
