He sorted the problem in no time and did a perfect job I can’t praise him enough. Also spoke with Carla on the phone who was such a lovely lady. They were both an absolute pleasure to deal with. our hot water tap on the bath when u turned it on, the water would just trickle taking along time to run a bath.

So David came out looked at the tap and explained to me why it wasn't working properly, so David replaced the tap.

He was very polite and even cleaned up all the mess when he was finished
