Awful experience ordering from this company. During a really difficult time they did not deliver and caused so much stress. Didnt even get my flowers. Will never use again.

"Stunning arrangements"

Stunning cat and fish arrangements. I could not believe the quality when they arrived, they far surpassed my expectations. The communication and arrangement of delivery was also outstanding and they arrived on time even though ordered at short notice.

"Amazing store"

Amazing store - found this little treasure of a company. Had a last minus order - literally needed within two days . This lovely company had me sorted next day and shipped to south coast ! Can’t thank them enough for a beautiful pillow but also the stressed they took away from an already stressful time ! Will shop again x

"Ordered a floral display for my friend…"

Ordered a floral display for my friend who had just come out of hospital after a knee op. We was a customer of Silky Bouquets when we lived in Widnes in the UK and so when we moved to San Miguel in Spain we continued to use this fantastic florist. Nothing too much trouble, flowers were lovely and delivered on time.
Many Thanks to Anna and her staff for their excellent service.
Will definitely use again

"Poor customer service & communication"

I ordered a sister tribute via the ebay shop on the 12th January. Delivery was displayed on the page and was in time for my sisters funeral which is on 17th January. They also state DPD next day delivery. I messaged them the next day as the progress bar showed it wasn't dispatched. No reply for days. I phoned them this morning and was told I should have told them the date of the funeral. I told them I did tell them the date on the message I sent several days ago. They replied that they get a lot of emails so can't check them all.
My sisters funeral is tomorrow, I'm in tears that she won't have her sister tribute.
I am dismayed at the off hand way I was told its my fault for believing the delivery times that they display - apparently these are estimates. They advise to order in good time and ensure delivery is the day before the funeral. I did this.
I am also upset at the tone of the person I spoke to, she was flippant and given the circumstances of losing my sister so young, left me feeling very upset.
I will avoid this company in future - delivery times are not reliable.

"Absolute jokers!!!"

there a joke I sent some flowers back they first tried to say I was out the time for a refund then they had been used then there was damage!! all excuses!!! more like they don't want to refund me and will no doubt resell those flowers!!! absolutely disgusting attitude no solution just told to go away basically because I'm not getting a refund!! I asked for pictures of the damage they told me to contact dpd why them it was evri I used to send back the flowers back to them. she said to contact them it's not rocket science they will ask for photographs of the damage!!! I can't provide that with the photos I took before sending which is what she told me to do!!! it will be interesting to see if I get photos off this so called damage!!!! avoid unless you want to be ripped off!!!
What made me laugh was on the phone you said return it in its original state WHICH I DID!!! then when I rang up to say you have had it you told me was I not told you don't do refunds!! Then in the next breath told me you would check out my order ring me back, which you didn't!! I rang you!! Then you told me I'd not sent it back in time!!! Back in time when you claimed in the first instance you didn't do refunds!!! Then when I ring me back your throwing all the excuses at me lol just not to refund me!!! Don't give me that rubbish there bespoke items!! Like no one orders mam flowers 🙄 but as I said looking forward to seeing these photographs of this so called damaged item!!

"Not what I ordered"

I did not receive a funeral tribute in the colours I asked for. When contacting Silky Bouquets the customer service I had from them was shocking. I have used them many times and flowers are lovely and was very sad to get the response I did. Be very wary when ordering as you may not get what you ordered. I was basically called liar, said I never ordered different colour but managed to get the message I put down next to the colours right. Strange that. The only way would send replacement if I paid another 8 pound to send it back and then they would said another when the funeral,of my auntie is less than a week away. If you ordered a dress or something and was sent the wrong one I am sure the response would not be what I get of Silky Bouquets.

"Beautiful artificial funeral wreaths"

I ordered a funeral wreath for my friend and to say I was pleased is an understatement l was absolutely overwhelmed it was stunning and they added a personalised sash held in place with pearls. I would like to give Silky Bouquets a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐rating
