Responded quicky to all requests. As a first-time user of the services, I was pleased. It would have been helpful to have been told the importance of checking layover times. Everything else was great.

No problems with flight going or coming home, although I would definitely avoid EWR (Newark) airport in the future. I can only think what a terrible experience for someone traveling from another country to here for the first time. It was the only disappointing experience. Make sure you have sufficient connecting times. The services provided by Yesfares were excellent.

Travis always gives me good options for flights. When I purchase a flight he is full service. He does our seats and takes care of everything. Once we bought a Lufthansa ticket...and the pilots had a walkout the day of our flight. Travis worked at night to get us out the next day. That was truly above and beyond.
