Emailed you guys in response to your reply for the third time, as you suggested, still no reply. My sister ordered I'm writing the review. The order still hasn't been fulfilled and these people have been holding the money for almost 3 weeks. Never had any issues ordering on tiktok shop before this is an issue with your company, as I've seen other people complain in your instagram comments of the same issue. Pls check your emails to find the order, if you are not going to ship what has been paid for refund the money. Avoid these people if you want to avoid any complications they will take your money and not ship your stuff.

Even tho Royal Mail weren’t able to deliver my shoes at the expected date (I had a flight the next day), HypeZeus PERSONALLY delivered them to me at Heathrow Airport before my flight and i got my shoes, really showing their care and attention for each and every customer.
