"Used Filing cabinet."

Sorting out my filing system and needed new storage. Wanted to get a used filing cabinet for reuse to save buying new. Ordered via EBay and was delivered in good time. Regrettably one key had broken off during transit. Fortunately was able to ease out the broken portion. Contacted Encore and they took the key and lock number and replaced the key very quickly. Excellent addition to my home office and great service. If the third key had survived I would have give the full five stars! I’d be happy to use them again if the need arose.

Second-hand standing desk arrived in perfect condition. There was some confusion over whether they were posting or I was picking up, but when I followed up with Sam he got everything sorted speedily and efficiently. Would be happy to recommend them.
