Pflegeartikel sind toll, aber ich würde Niemandem empfehlen, elektronische Artikel zu bestellen, denn wenn Mal was kaputt geht, ist der anschließende Kontakt eine Katastrophe. Ich hatte im Chat wohl mit einem Callcenter in Deutschland gesprochen. Diese gaben mir eine Rücksendeadresse an die ich den Artikel auf eigene Kosten zurück senden sollte, angeblich werden mir die Versandkosten anschließend mit zurück erstattet. Leider war die Adresse entweder falsch oder das Päckchen wurde schlicht nicht angenommen, denn 4 Wochen später war es wieder da. Also wieder Kontakt, andere Adresse bekommen und dann kam es endlich an, auf die Rückerstattung der doppelten Versandkosten warte ich heute noch und seit dem werden alle Nachrichten von mir komplett ignoriert.
