Ordered a gift voucher and hasn’t arrived. Have been messaging customer services for tracking number and not getting any response. Happy to take my money but not happy to help a customer.
Shame as my daughter-in-law is the groomer I bought the voucher for so will obviously not be getting her anything from here again

I recently had to get in touch with Christie’s regarding my Heiniger clippers that had gone wrong for the third time and just out of guarantee! I expressed my total disappointment in a product that isn’t cheap. Shairee was absolutely outstanding with her customer service! She totally understood that I should not of had all these ongoing issues and replaced them for me. She was understanding, efficient, and kept me in the loop with the process. Well done Christie’s, I’ve previously had very poor service from this company but they excelled on this occasion! So thank you very much Shairee and Christies!
