As a follow up with Chris at Attune after prior appointments which were great + friendly staff refer 1st review & Phonac loan aids working great. My initial Signia H:aids after 3rd. replacements still not working, & I requested Chris to send back to Signia for a full refund on my behalf. PLEASE NOTE :The Signia Aids were advised by Australian Hearing as best for my hearing loss initially , even after 1st Signia Aids were faulty & returned & replaced. Brian Cary.

Erin is one of the best, explained everything in layman’s language. Very happy with my new hearing aids especially the recharging, no more fiddling with batteries. Also love the TV remote thingy can listen in peace and quiet. Oh, Jenny is tops, got here finger on the pulse, good at making my appointment and reminding me when it is due.

I feel confident now to comfortably wear my hearing aids now that my hearing was assessed and my aids adjusted properly to suit my needs.

1300 Phone number on website doesn't work, locations tab doesn't work, BOOKING TAB doesn't work, just takes you to complete a survey where they get all your information then goes no where. Had to find a local outlet in VICTOR harbor on Facebook and the landline there doesn't work, no voice messaging system at all. Great first impression, NOT.
