Their customer service is horrible. They reply very quickly when it comes to new orders, but when you try to reach them for help with installation—because no light turns on—nobody answers my calls or calls me back. I tried to contact them via emails and chats, but they have let me down several times, even after promising to call me. It's been weeks since I requested their help. The deadline for this project is approaching, and our important customers will be visiting our office soon. Yet, they DO NOT CARE.
