Were an IT support company, and while onsite we had a laptops issue, it just needed the case popping and the battery unplugging / reconnecting but I didn't have the correct tools with me. so rather than go back to the office I popped into FIXtech to ask for help, they were amazing and quickly helped me out. and didn't charge me. very friendly guy who knows his stuff
