Having completed the virtual Deal Maker Intensive this weekend, one can only be in awe of the sheer honesty and hard work completed by Vincent Wong and his team to make this course possible!
Never did I think I would find someone so sincere in the property industry and with the level of dedication to educating others on what is necessary to achieve similar success as an Entrepreneur.
Highly recommend to anyone interested in getting on the property ladder even without a mortgage or deposit!

"Deal Maker Intensive"

Valuable 3 days of learning and being challenged by those who are successful and have trained others to be successful. Excellent presentations, Q&A sessions. The case studies were brilliant and illustrated that property is not a get rich quick scam. It takes planning, consistency, initiative, resourcefulness - traits clearly demonstrated in solving the problems highlighted in the case studies.

The bonuses (contracts, slides) will be very handy for implementation. I reserve 5* for access to recordings.

All in all - would highly recommend. Price point is great - if you act on the information given. I would love to join the inner circle in future - no bandwidth at present. I attended this to better support my wife who is starting her own property business.

An excellent 3 day course. Gave me a thorough understanding of how to find good property deals, the tools to assess the value of a property and also the tools to close a deal.

"Good for beginners"

Mr. Vincent Wong has a couple of good ideas but the course is fairly poorly structured and with too little content for the price (that is subjective). His sister is doing most of the course and she just wabbles on with many specific case studies but the biggest problem is that there is no recording so you have to follow and understand everything right away at that moment
I think many principles and cases do not apply in the overheated market of the Netherlands.
On the plus side, there are extensive notes. Hopefully, I can use some parts and get going.

I completed a Wealth Dragon course today; I found it informative, interesting and motivating. I'm keen to take the next step and put the concepts into practice asap

"Deal maker intensive - a thorough and excellent course which is great value for money"

I initially attended Vincent's free online Masterclass, which was brilliant. Despite having a few reservations I decided to pay for the Deal Maker Intensive course after the webinar and attended about two weeks later. I have to say it was definitely worth what I paid for it and I definitely am glad that I attended. It is a very engaging talk but also gives you so much information over the course of the three days. They went into so many different ways to invest and flip deals in property, even if you are not very asset or cash rich yourself. Great speakers and worth the money for sure and I learnt a great deal which I will be putting to good use in my future.

This 3-day course is intense no doubt but it is worth it. As I was a novice in the property industry, after the course, I have enough knowledge and confidence to take my first step into the unknown world of the property industry.
