I have had 4 ChloBo bracelets gifted to me from my husband and other family members. All have tarnished and 2 have snapped. Very disappointing as they are so pretty but the quality is weak and they ALL tarnish very badly. They are not cheap and should not be this easily broken or tarnished.

I have put in complaints and emails to chlobo and still no reply . I was ordering chlobo jewellery which was on sale . It wasnt until I open them up I discovered that they were fake bracelets so I have no idea what do now . Still nothing from head office its shocking .

I have purchased 7 bracelets over the past 3 years and only have 4 left as the others have snapped. The bracelets are beautiful however they do not last. I don't expect my bracelets to just snap for no reason. Gutted customer.
Update** it appears the customer service are trying help by replying however all I have been asked to do is return the bracelets and pay for the repair....the bracelets are not fit for purpose if they snap for no reason after 12+ months of wear so I am not prepared to pay for their sub standard product, unbelievable!!!

"Query quality of product"
I bought 2 chains both the same; Shadows of Peace. There is an obvious difference between appearance of the extension chain on these chains. They are meant to be silver. On one chain the extension chain looks like sliver, however on the other it looks more like metal and actually smells like metal. I sent 2 emails to their Customer Service and received no reply.

My partner bought me two of these for my birthday as I loved them. Within 2 hours the blue on the "stones" had started to rub off. Luckily I bought them with a local jeweller so I will be taking them back for a refund!

All four bracelets snapped after about 6 weeks. Necklace fastener broke and customer service really were not interested. Saw them on an influencer page and was influenced to buy 😂 never again! Absolute waste of money for inferior products!

"Don’t expect them to last"
I like the way these look however they last two years at most if you wear them every day. The elastic just snaps. For the price I would expect them to last a little longer. I’ve had two snap and my daughter’s has also snapped.
Edit: I haven’t emailed ChloBo as they were presents and therefore I didn’t buy direct from them. The items were also out of the 12 month warranty so seemed pointless. I don’t want to have to pay to repair something that was a present and I’m not asking my Mum for the receipt as she would be upset.

"Overpriced costume jewellery of poor quality & questionable customer service"
I purchased the interlocking double heart necklace in rose gold back in November. I bought from John Greed rather than direct from ChloBo. Initially loved it but in April the necklace fell off landed in my vest top. Upon inspection it seemed the link I had fastened it onto had opened up and broken. I contacted John Greed who were extremely helpful and immediately offered a replacement if I returned the item, which I did. I received a very prompt replacement only a few days later. Only six weeks later, and after only a few times actually wearing the necklace, I noticed the chain had tarnished to an almost back colour. Strangely, this was ONLY the chain. The double heart pendant piece and the extender chain with the star charm at the end remained the correct shade of rose gold. I reached out direct to ChloBo on Instagram with photos of the issue and asked if the chain material and pendant material are the same, because they cannot be if the chain is tarnishing so badly after such a short time. Also, I did not have this issue with my first chain either. It remained the lovely rose gold colour all the way through until the fault with the fastener. I did notice when I received my replacement that the clasp type had to a standard clasp fastener rather than the lobster claw clasp on my original chain but thought nothing of it at the time. I am now confident this brand has changed the materials they use, I'm not even sure if the necklace is silver either as I cannot find a hallmark. I did not check the first chain as I had no reason to. The brand only responded to my query with a generic message asking me to contact them directly on their website. I didn't bother, instead I reached back out to John Greed again who immediately responded offering another replacement or a refund. This time I've gone for a refund. This necklace was not cheap and the issues I've had with it are unacceptable. In conclusion I am not impressed with this brand. I've given two stars based on how pretty the necklace was. But the quality isn't there, evidently. It's little more than costume jewellery and should be priced as such. The fact the brand doesn't acknowledge these reviews or claim them also speaks volumes. The only positive experience I had is with John Greed, and I'm so relieved I chose to purchase from them rather than direct as I've never had a single issue getting my items returned or exchanged, which doesn't seem to be the case when buying direct. Give this brand a swerve, there's much better out there.
