I ordered a large bottle of k18, and I’ve used this product many times before. The product I received is not legit, doesn’t lather up like the real product and has a totally different consistency. Don’t waste your money!

"Ordered white to brown tan and body…"
Ordered white to brown tan and body wash. The tan was green, lumpy and smelly. I politely emailed along with pictures and a video and the girl wouldn’t give me another tan I wanted (it was 14.99 and I paid 19.66) said I needed to choose between light or dark white to brown. Said I can still use the body wash!! As if!! I even offered to send back the gone off tan. Do not shop here, they are cheap for a reason

I went to this shop today at Park West Industrial Park and have never felt so unwelcome in a shop in my life. The staff at the till basically commanded me to take a basket the moment I walked in. She didn’t even ask me what I wanted to be or give a warm welcome like any reasonable shop would. I knew what I come for won’t fit in baskets but I took a basket anyways. I got the disposable bath towels in one hand and the empty basket in another hand and went to the Till to pay, she was so hostile as if she simply didn’t want me to buy anything. When it was my turn at the till said I can’t buy because I don’t have an account with them. It’s not just what she said but the way she said it. I felt completely unwelcome. I’ve actually bought from the shop before and the girls were so nice and simply told me it would cost me more (I think VAT).
I don’t own a salon or a business. I found this shop online while searching for disposable towels to use on holidays months ago. I simply went to buy same towels for another holiday I’m going to in few weeks.
After the way the lady treated me, I left and then decided to go back to let her know she treated me really badly for no reason.
No one deserves the treatment I got on that shop today. Very unprofessional and I’ll never return. I’m an almost 50 year old woman and matured enough to handle such disrespect but imagine what such treatment can do to a younger person who may walk out of there wondering what they did wrong.
Now I came here and I’m seeing reviews/comments from people who said when they bought online and tried to get refunds they only got 80% refunds I’m beginning to think she really didn’t want people coming in shop to buy in person so they can only buy online where they can only get 80% refunds if they change their minds.
I’m someone who rarely ever leave reviews but I had to for this one. Something doesn’t add up. There was something off about the way I was so unwelcome in that shop. I think there’s something very fishy.

Ordered and paid for 10 x Biosilk Silk Therapy Gel medium hold, like the picture and the text on the webshop says.
In the delivery there was an un known brand called Chi Man gel, which I do not want!
No replies on my mails send yesterday and today.

Don’t bother with this company. Sent me the wrong conditioner and wants me to send back the wrong one, at my own expense, before sending me what I paid for. When it was their fault!
