"Absolutely terrible quality of hair"

Absolutely terrible quality of hair, feels like straw and it’s been in 6 days…
Customer service are terrible and so rude
Sent me the wrong hair colour and refused to fix it
Been buying hair from them since 2019 and I will definitely not be purchasing again. Disgusting company to say the least.

Can't comment on extensions quality yet, but have to say the customer service is absolutely amazing. Found them extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Made such a lovely change for such exceptional customer care. Huge compliments to them. X

"Poor customer service"

I have always liked the hair from Archie Lloyds. Good quality and affordable.

The customer service is what let’s them down.

I placed an order Friday evening wanting the extensions Saturday.

I knew they did a next day delivery service. The price was pretty high but I really needed the hair. So I paid £26.50 for next am delivery.
The hair didn’t come. So I emailed them Saturday afternoon to ask if my parcel was still going to be delivered at any point that day. . I received a reply Sunday afternoon.
They basically said it will be dispatched Monday. And it’s my fault for not seeing the opening times on their website. (Which is located right at the bottoms of the page ) not stated anywhere that they don’t operate over the weekend.

So basically I paid for next day delivery to receive it 4 days later.
And they don't care. Even though I have spent quite a lot of money over the years with this company but they’d happily lose a customer over £26.50

Hopefully they make some changes on their website and learn and to treat people in the future.
