"The Design appointments"
The Design appointments were fantastic, a 2 hour first appointment really gave us food for thought so we had lots of ideas of what we could do walking into the full day appointment.
Having this available to us on a weekend was great meaning we didn’t need to take time off work.
Alison in the 2 hour appointment at Hessle was so knowledgable and gave good interior design options.
The full day appointment with Sam was awesome and stress free, she’s done an amazing kitchen design, we are so excited and can’t wait to see the finished product.
We feel like Beal have given us a lovely experience from the start.

"I bought a new house 2 1/2 years ago…"
I bought a new house 2 1/2 years ago from Beales. There are some corners cut but I think that is house builds generally now.
My main gripe is I have a sliding door to my balcony. A month in I noticed a piece of plastic which was broken out but had been replaced and covered over.This became obvious after a month and I reported it. About a year after reporting it, someone came out and said it was scratched ( it was obviously broken) and they said they would get someone out to paint it, again after a month it became obvious again because a break moves and can't be covered.
Despite me pushing for two years Beales have refused to acknowledge this. My neighbours watched when it was put in the installers dragged it over the balcony, clearly when it was broken.
This is poor customer service for an expensive house. I would not buy from them again

"The Beal Experience"
The Beal Experience. New built home. Internal Mold. Told "it's normal", it's a lifestyle issue. Cracked roof tiles, half fell off, could have killed someone. Told, "It's storm damage". Contacted Beal Homes using their advertised process. Told to "Stop contacting them", "Our internal processes are different" and "The Law doesn't apply to us." Beal Homes do not attend, pass the book onto subcontractors who acknowledge defects exists but will have to progress through Beal. Told by Beal that subcontractors are telling them something different. Told by Beal Homes they only deal in "facts", not "He said, she said." Offered them a gesture of goodwill by saying I'll pay for repair, but told it'll be a "cash in hand job". Treat with disdain and contempt when expressing my concern. Beal Homes say they will resolve only after I informed them of the possibility of ensuing litigation. It shouldn't be this way: But, I guess, that's what's called "Customer Care"! Buyer beware.
