"Not what I expected"

I was under the impression that Inspired Factoring would deal directly with our requirement for Invoice Factoring however what they did was sell my details on to whole bunch of other companies who they relentlessly called my mobile.

The person I spoke with did not make it clear this would be happening and seemed more interested in securing another lead.

I had to call them back to insist on being taken off their call list which at least to their credit I think they did.
