I placed an order for a product I needed for an upcoming trip. Jackson Sports' website assured that it would ship the next day, from the UK to the US. However, on the same web page, there was a warning that the Royal Mail strike could delay deliveries. Unfortunately the latter overrode all else and my order did not ship in time. I emailed Jackson Sports stating I needed to cancel the order, which had already been fulfilled internally, but was delayed in shipping. I received an email response in fewer than 24 hours stating they would cancel and refund my purchase, and the email came from one of the owners of the company. In a time where customer service has deteriorated to an all time low, Jackson Sports responsiveness is an example of what companies should strive to achieve.
