Whilst we were happy with the initial idea of the packing and removal service, we soon became disappointed. Items weren’t packed delicately, and squashed on top of each other causing damage. When checking the bed after it was put back together by the team, we saw that head board and legs had been bust leaving the bed unsafe to lay on. Cupboards had been dragged, leaving chips on the bottom edges. It all, it felt like the two when wanted to get the job done as fast as they could without care of how they handled objects.

The highlight of their service was the move of our very large sofa that they managed to do it through the balcony. Very professional with a can do attitude. We had a great experience with Gabriel and team. They were punctual and polite. They did a one bed flat to four bed semi move with minimal fuss. Furniture was protected. I would use them again.

When we first got in touch to enquire, Gabriel was incredibly quick to respond, and continued to support our needs throughout the entire process. There was no hassle, Gabriel was very accommodating and kind - it took away a lot of stress and we felt very confident with their capabilities for moving all of our belongings. The team are incredibly friendly and trustworthy which is very reassuring when your belongings are being moved! We hope not to move house again for a very long time but if we do, we would definitely use Cambridge Removals again.

With just a few days' notice they were able to organise the manpower to move furniture, including a piano. Just a few items to move within the same building - too small a task for some, but these guys arrived on time and worked effectively negotiating an awkward half-landing on the stairs. All at a competitive price. Highly recommended.
