I have received my customized bag before one month. From fisrt seen, i fall in love :). It is so buteaful bag, and the quality is just great. It already get many compliments from people around me. My bag took around 3 weeks to reach me, because its customized one. They used PayPal for baying.

I just have some suggestion to the company. I suggest them to add small pocket inside the bag, and add leather ring or something like that to the bag's hand so that it can holds the remaining part of the long hand -I hope the last point is clear :))-.
