We found an audiobook we've been searching out for years. The transaction was simple [and at a reasonable price] — David was amazingly cheerful, helpful, and tireless as we navigated parcel tracking the package through the UK and the US during the postal strikes. David at Brainfood Audiobooks gave really exceptional service and has high standards of product quality. I'd been very pleased to find an audio cassette title which I have long been looking out for in stock on the website and placed an order.
Then, having double checked the quality of the cassettes, David contacted me to say he wasn't happy with the audio quality and would either give me a refund, or he would subsitute a version of the same title on audio CD. I was very grateful for the suggestion and can report the audio CD was like new. Very satisfied with my experience with the company.

New to the website - find it confusing. Would welcome simple lists of authors & their books under topic categories, as in the traditional 3D library. So, i might want Travel, Biography, Historical fiction, or Crime - and so on. As it is, i find the site confusing - and probably won't use.
