I happened to be checking exhaust tips on Diesel Ops website and I noticed that the one I wanted was not on the site. I then emailed Diesel Ops to see if they could add the item to the website. They responded right away and had the item up on there site within TWO hours. Very impressive service seeing that it was on a Friday night. I also really like the live inventory that way you know it could take longer to get if they don't have it in stock. Great company with great customer service!

I was originally a little leary of using a new parts vender. But after going through the site, and also talking with them on the phone I was able to get the parts I needed for a great price. They even cared enough to follow up. There have been multiple times since my first order where the guys at Diesel Ops have gone beyond just looking at their inventory to help find the best part and price. Beyond the great customer service, the website is great, you get real time inventory updates, emails when back-ordered parts you are interested in become available, and you can create wish lists to allow others to know what you're interested in. The have a good review area to know what others liked or didn't like about a product and seem to really want to give a good buying experience.

Awesome customer service, Fot instance I ordered a Steed speed exhaust manifold that was on back order but Diesel Ops called me every week to give me an update I never had to call them. People who know diesels who sell diesel parts alway trying to help! Could not ask for a Better company. Also if you need it they will find it for you and give it to at the best price.
