What an excellent service we received from Jim and his team on what was a difficult day. Very impressed with his care, patience and attention. He went above and beyond when we were unable to get into our new home taking our furniture away and storing it to deliver a few days later when we got the keys. The team was brilliant! From excellent communications prior to delivery and updates on the day to the actual delivery, everyone I had contact with was polite, professional and friendly. Very impressed with the teams efficiency and ability to move a giant sofa into my second floor flat with a number stairs and narrow spaces.
