I would never use this company again iv not been on holiday yet but know people who have experienced so many disasters. Paying money and not even been booked in at the hotel when u arrive to check in please don’t use this company or any company that the owner is called Brett

Absolutely fantastic. Brett was super help made us feel very welcome and we have booked 5 holiday’s with the team so far and will definitely be booking more.

A group of 4 travelling to India for 10 days for a trip of a lifetime to watch the cricket, flights and hotel booked via Travel Safe Horbury, we were all allegedly booked into the 5* Vavanta hotel in Hyderabad , from the day of booking up to 48hrs before take off despite several visits / phone calls we still hadn't received any confirmation of the hotel, when collecting our boarding passes 48hrs before the flight myself and my friend were told we were being upgraded to another 5* hotel due to over allocation at the Vavanta. On arrival to this upgrade! we were met with a hotel that can only be described as 2* at a push, Again several phone calls on our part where needed to get this sorted. This leads us to believe that we were never booked in the Vavanta to start with and would explain the lack of communication throughout , information given 48 hrs before left us with no options whatsoever. Overall VERY disappointed in the service received , We will NOT be returning to Travel Safe.
